Clarwick provides custom software and AI consulting services to businesses. This website is operated by Steven J Lynch. Contact us at steven@clarwick.com.

This policy describes how we handle information when you visit clarwick.com. It does not cover third-party websites you reach from our site — such as Google Calendar when you book a call — which have their own privacy policies.

When you browse our website: We do not ask you to create an account and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and performance. That processing is limited to operating the site.

When you book a call: Scheduling is handled by Google Calendar on Google's platform. Information you provide there (name, email, appointment details) is collected and processed by Google according to Google's Privacy Policy. We receive whatever details you submit for the appointment so we can meet with you.

When you contact us: If you email us or work with us as a client, we keep information needed to respond, deliver services, and handle billing — as described in our agreements with you.

We do not currently use cookies for advertising, analytics, or social media tracking on clarwick.com. Essential technical storage related to hosting or security may still occur. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before non-essential cookies are used.

We use information to:

• Operate and improve this website
• Respond to inquiries and schedule intro calls
• Deliver services to clients under separate agreements

We do not sell your personal information.
